The working world is undergoing a profound transformation. Digital technologies, the energy transformation and an ageing population represent significant challenges not only for those entering the world of work but also for those already in it.
For those involved in education and training, for those in business but also for those looking for tools to understand what is happening in the world of work, everything boils down to skills: what skills are most in demand today? How do you prepare someone for jobs that don’t exist yet? How do you enable newcomers to the world of work and seasoned professionals to acquire and continually upgrade their skills?
In this session we will try to address some of these issues and start a discussion on possible solutions.
