Goal
We’ll discover what the Internet of Things is and what it’s for.
Activity
We will programme a microcontroller and monitor the state of health of a plant thanks to a remote alert system.The IoT workshop is designed for children that want to discover the secrets of smart objects, i.e. devices capable of sending and receiving messages.
How to take part
Children under the age of 14 can only take part if accompanied by a responsible adult, subject to the completion of the consent form available from the ticket office.
Tickets, free of charge, must be booked online in advance, subject to availability, and are required for both participants and guardians.
