Proiezione e conversazione
-
This activity is only available in italian

Ex machina, 2014, by Alex Garland with Domhnall Gleeson, Alicia Vikander, Oscar Isaac, Sonoya Mizuno, Corey Johnson, Claire Selby.
Massimo Temporelli will be moderating the debate after the screening
accompanied by Federico Cella and Federico Cabitza

Guided by moderator Massimo Temporelli, we will hold a discussion with guests Federico Cella and Federico Cabitza about the many stimuli in the film and embark on an intriguing exploration of artificial intelligence and how this technology poses ethical and philosophical questions never before addressed by mankind. During the evening, guests who have been studying and popularising these topics for years will discuss the role of AI but also that of robotics in contemporary and future society, whilst exploring the role of science fiction as a means of conveying and disseminating the culture of these technologies.

The discussion will, as always, end with an open debate, where the audience is invited to participate with questions and reflections on the topics addressed by the guests and the film.

For those who wish to explore the topics covered in the film a little further, a podcast by Massimo Temporelli will be available that will extend the discussion beyond the event.
