Event privacy policy

Information pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 ("GDPR") on the processing of personal data in the context of the request for contact for information on the STEP event space

 

STEP is a project 'inspired by Fastweb'. We therefore inform you that Fastweb is the "controller" of your personal data, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") in order to provide you with the best possible experience at STEP.

The security of your data is important to us and we want you to feel protected and informed at all times.

We want our relationship with you to be based on transparency and trust. We pursue these fundamental values in order to optimise your STEP experience.

What data do we process?

The data we process is that which is collected via the information request form in the 'Events Area' section of the website www.steptothefuture.it.

  • E-mail
  • Telephone Number

What is the purpose?

The data will be processed to answer your request for information related to organising your event at STEP (e.g.: availability, costs, services).

In addition, with your optional consent, which can always be revoked, we will inform you by e-mail about news concerning our location.

However, you may at any time decide to stop receiving our communications by using the contact points indicated below.

There are no consequences should you decide to deny or withdraw your consent (the operations carried out before consent was withdrawn shall remain valid and lawful).

How long for?

Your data will be deleted within 15 days of the information contact you requested.

Where you have given us your consent, the data collected will be retained for a maximum period of 24 months unless you object using the contact points indicated below.

Who can we communicate your data to?

Fastweb processes your data in compliance with privacy regulations, the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your confidentiality, your rights and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised or unlawful processing and an accidental destruction or loss of data.

The processing does not involve any automated decision-making process, including profiling.

The personal data is processed for the above-mentioned purposes by the Controller’s internal staff which is authorised to process personal data.

The personal data will not be disclosed, but it may be communicated to selected partners, who are responsible for the processing, for the purpose of contacting them.

What are your rights?

 

You have the right to request access to your personal data, to rectify or delete it, to limit the processing operations concerning you as well as oppose to the processing as per what it set forth by Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679.

You have the right to object and to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation; this can be done autonomously by contacting the contact points indicated below.
