I want to convert an Open Ticket.

Have you received or purchased an Open Ticket and decided on the date you will visit STEP? You can book your entry using one of the following methods:

  • Log in to your personal area on the website https://tickets.steptothefuture.it/.
  • Enter the gift card code in the designated section.
  • Choose the date for your visit, and you will receive your ticket via email.

or

  • Visit the STEP ticket office at Piazza Adriano Olivetti 1 in Milan and bring your Open Ticket with you.
