Ticket prices

• Young people (14-25 years)
• Adults over 65 
• Groups of 10 or more people
• Teachers visiting on their own
• Journalists

Teachers must present an identity document and a valid document attesting to their profession, issued by the competent authorities. Journalists must present a valid Journalists' Association membership card. 

• MilanoCard. A valid MilanoCard must be presented.
• Trenord. For Trenord season ticket holders, a valid IO VIAGGIO card or a "PHONE PASS" subscription must be presented at the STEP ticket office. Occasional travelers are required to present a train ticket with destination Milan validated on the day of the visit or a ticket for the Malpensa Express airport service validated within three days from the date of the visit.

Schools must book their visit in advance by calling the call center at 02.33020088 or by writing to: info@steptothefuture.it. The price is per student.

• Abbonamento Musei Lombardia Valle d'Aosta. A valid Abbonamento Musei Card must be presented.

Abbonamento Musei holders can book online. Other free tickets must be collected at the local STEP ticket office, open Tuesday to Sunday from 9:30 am to 5:45 pm at Piazza Adriano Olivetti 1, Milan.

Tour guides and teachers must present an identity document and a valid document attesting to their profession, issued by the competent authorities.
Disabled persons are required to show their Law 104 certification, or equivalent certification for foreign visitors.

In case of a family of 3 members it is necessary to select the 6€ “Discount for Family 3 Pax”, in case of a family of 4 members it is necessary to select 4,5€ “Discount for Family 4 Pax”.
