All areas of STEP are easily accessible for those with motor disabilities.
For those who are deaf, subtitles are available for all video installations.
At present, the visit does not offer tactile paths for those with visual impairments.
People with disabilities and their companions can visit STEP for free, simply by picking up a ticket at the ticket office.
Given the nature of the content, we recommend the visit for children aged 9 and above. Children under 14 can only enter if accompanied by a responsible adult. We recommend that families with children check out the calendar of events to discover all the activities tailored for kids.
Animals are not permitted inside, with the exception of certified guide and service dogs.
To ensure the best possible experience, it is not possible to enter STEP with bulky luggage. You can leave luggage or other bulky items in the lockers located at the entrance or by asking reception for assistance.
