We do too! And we have some good news: our area is served by bicycle lanes and a bikeMi station. So, you can get there safely by bicycle, scooter or even on foot. - Getting here by public transport?

Great! At the weekend, we have free parking for you for the time of your visit. The entrance is at Via Adamello, 7. And on other days, you will find lots of blue-lined parking areas. Check out ATM Milan for more information. We advise you to go through the Corvetto/Tangenziale EST junction. - Do you have an electric or hybrid vehicle?

How long does the visit last?
The visit takes place in groups, with a maximum of 20 people, at fixed times, starting at 9:45 am from Tuesday to Friday and 10:30 am on weekends.
The visit lasts approximately one hour, and booking is recommended.
Do I need to book ahead?
Booking is recommended and can be done by purchasing your ticket on our Webshop. If you're eligible for a discounted rate, simply select your reduced ticket. Free tickets are exclusively available at the STEP ticket office.

Is STEP accessible to people with disabilities?
All areas of STEP are easily accessible for those with motor disabilities.
For those who are deaf, subtitles are available for all video installations.
At present, the visit does not offer tactile paths for those with visual impairments.
People with disabilities and their companions can visit STEP for free, simply by picking up a ticket at the ticket office.
Is STEP suitable for young children?
Given the nature of the content, we recommend the visit for children aged 9 and above. Children under 14 can only enter if accompanied by a responsible adult. We recommend that families with children check out the calendar of events to discover all the activities tailored for kids.
May I bring my pet?
Animals are not permitted inside, with the exception of certified guide and service dogs.
Is there somewhere to leave bags and backpacks?
To ensure the best possible experience, it is not possible to enter STEP with bulky luggage. You can leave luggage or other bulky items in the lockers located at the entrance or by asking reception for assistance.
Are guided tours available?
All visits are led by a guide and take place exclusively in groups, with a maximum of 20 people. They are scheduled at fixed times, starting at 9:45 am from Tuesday to Friday and 10:30 am on weekends. Unfortunately, it's not possible to visit STEP independently.
